So, last Tuesday (Was it Tuesday? I am lost this week… Wednesday – it was Wednesday) Apple unveiled the new iPad. Retina Display! The Retina display on the new iPad features a 2048-by-1536 resolution, 44 percent greater color saturation, and an astounding 3.1 million pixels — in the same 9.7-inch space. That is impressive.

I don’t own an iPad, but this update might be the one for me. What I do not know though, is what to do for the 4G/3G connection. I spent most of my time in Guate, but when I’m visiting Jake it would be nice to have 3G over there too… We’ll see. Anyway, one thing that was missing from iOS was dictation: now, the new iPad has that . Imagine Siri’s taking your commands 🙂

The iSight cameras for both sides of the iPad are HD! The new iPad features a 5-megapixel iSight camera perfect for still photos. If the moment calls for motion, shoot a video instead. The new iPad does that, too — in 1080p HD.

I can’t wait ’till I am able to get my hands on one, specially to get my magazines and books in a much generous screen! The iPad is available for pre-order and comes in 16,32 and 64GB capacity for both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi+4G  (prices range between $499 and $829)
